Christmas is the time of year that we are "making a list and checking it twice, because we want to find out who's naughty or nice". I have been thinking about how this applies to the business world. 

If you have then you have probably noticed the Christmas trees, decorations and gifts filling the shops. How did you feel……..did you get a sense of excitement or dread?
