Q:Can I change products within hampers?
A:

Yes. We encourage you to individualise hampers to ensure that the gift recipient will be totally spoiled.

Changing products alters the hamper price according to the products you select.

Q:Can I choose my own wines?
A:Yes. This may alter prices and delivery times depending on the time required to order in your selection.

Q:I have a business and would like to include my own merchandise within each gift. Can this be done?
A:Of course. We love to make YOU look good. We are able to incorporate your merchandise and use corporate colours to design sensational gifts.

Q:Do you deliver all over Australia?
A:

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Cost and delivery time may vary depending on location. All fees are confirmed after your order is placed.

Q:Do you deliver overseas?
A:We do, however freight charges are costly. We are happy to discuss options with you.

Q:What payment options are there?
A:

Payment at time of order is required. Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard are accepted. We have a secure website for online payments, alternatively, credit card details can be given over the phone when your order is confirmed.

Corporate clients have the option of a 14 day account and we accept cheque, credit card or direct deposit. First order is pro-forma.

Q:How do I know that what I have ordered is what will be delivered?
A:

All hampers are dispatched from the main office and are made to order. This ensures a good shelf life on products and, therefore, a quality gift for which Wrapped To You is renowned.

We choose not to use inter-hamper agencies. This occasionally means a longer delivery time, however it ensures that the Wrapped To You quality is maintained.

Local (Hunter Region) deliveries on most occasions are made by Wrapped To You employees to ensure that your gift arrives in pristine condition by a friendly person, thereby adding to the joy of the occasion.

Non-local orders are packed carefully and delivered by a courier.

Q:What if I am unhappy with anything?
A:

PLEASE let us know. We welcome your feedback and would be more than happy to fix any problems.

We can offer a replacement gift or your money back.

Q:Can I order flowers?
A:

Yes, we have access to a local florist and are able to supply flowers with a hamper (not within the hamper).

This option is available to Hunter Valley clients only.

Q:Do you make fruit baskets?
A:

Yes, using fresh, seasonal fruit. Prices vary. You can choose other products for the hamper such as biscuits, nuts, chocolates.

Q:Can I put a message with the gift?
A:Yes. We have lovely gift cards to complement your hampers.

Q:Do you have minimum orders?
A:No, order as much or as little as you wish.

We choose to use Australia's finest products and wines. We believe everyone deserves to be spoilt, so we have a team searching out the very best products Australia has to offer. Our range is continually evolving.
