Ordering & Delivery Information

All hampers and gifts are prepared and dispatched from our Newcastle office.

You are welcome to make special requests in the Comments box. This is where you would request, for example, a preferred delivery date.

All orders will be confirmed by Wrapped to You within 24 hours, including freight charges and an estimated delivery date.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Overnight delivery can be arranged in some areas. This cost will be calculated when your order is confirmed.

Delivery charges are calculated per box. We pack each hamper carefully to ensure safe arrival. Large orders are quoted when your order is received and we endeavour to pack more than one hamper per box to reduce freight costs.

Care is taken when gifts are packed. All gifts leave our office in perfect condition. Occasionally mishaps occur with couriers and damage may occur. Please let us know if you are unhappy with the condition of any gift.
