All hampers and gifts are prepared and dispatched from our Newcastle office.

If ordering more than one gift online with different messages and delivery destinations, you will need to order each individually. You may find it easier, in this case, to email the details and we will confirm your order.

You are welcome to make special requests in the Comments box. This is where you would request, for example, a preferred delivery date.

All orders will be confirmed by Wrapped to You within 24 hours, including freight charges and an estimated delivery date.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are generally not possible on weekends or public holidays. Arrangements can be made for weekend deliveries in the Newcastle area for special occasions.

Overnight delivery can be arranged in some areas. This cost will be calculated when your order is confirmed.

Delivery charges are calculated per box. We pack each hamper carefully to ensure safe arrival. Large orders are quoted when your order is received and we endeavour to pack more than one hamper per box to reduce freight costs.
